Mary is Front of House Manager and is based in our Swalecliffe salon. She has worked at Serenity for 18 years and is part of the furniture! She has the knowledge to look after any queries you may have and help find the perfect treatment and appointment for you.

Front of House Manager

Laura is our lovely front of house manager in Faversham. Having trained as a make up artist when she left school, Laura has a wealth of knowledge to share with clients and is on hand to answer any questions you may have and book your appointments.

Nicky
Front of house reception

Nicky is our bubbly weekend front of house receptionist at Faversham. Always on hand to give advice, book appointments and have a good chat while your nails are soaking!

Ruby
Beauty Therapist

Ruby has been with us for a few years now and is a great young talent offering all types of nail treatment, spray tanning, lashes and massage. Acrylic extensions, Dipping powder nails and gel nails are her forte so don’t hesitate to book in with her. She is also offering electrolysis hair removal and Guinot face and body treatments.

Holly
Beauty therapist

Holly works at our Faversham salon and is qualified in level 2 and 3 advanced Beauty Therapy. She offers all treatments, but specialises in massage, Guinot face and body treatments, CACI and Crystal Clear microdermabrasion and COMCIT. She has a kind and friendly nature and always welcoming with a smile. Holly will do her utmost to provide outstanding customer care and expert treatments.

Beauty therapist

Erin is the newest member of the team at Serenity Faversham. She is already a hit with our clients! Erin offers all lash treatment, including lash extensions, LVL lashes, tinting etc. as well as gel and dip powder nails.

Beauty therapist

Meet the lovely and capable Emily at our Swalecliffe salon. Emily loves to care for her clients and make sure they have the best experience in the salon. Her specialities are nails, waxing and skin care. You won’t go wrong by booking a Guinot facial or CACI treatment with her!

Nikki
Manager/head therapist

Nikki has been with us the since the beginning and is passionate about the beauty industry. Level 4 qualified and experienced, she is often requested by clients for Skin Storm and Guinot facial treatments. Nicki has a very caring and calm personality and will always make you feel at ease. We are also extremely proud to say that she won Guinot Regional Therapist of the Year 2018, one of only 17 regional finalists in the whole of the UK and Ireland! So if you’re thinking of having a Guinot treatment…Nikki’s your girl.

Nikki is now offering IPL hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments, specialising in the Illumi IPL skin rejuvenation facial treatment.

Beauty Therapist

Ellie is a part time Beauty Therapist at the Swalecliffe salon. Ellie has a chatty, fun nature and is always a smiling face when you come through the door. Excellent at Guinot facials and massage, she is extremely popular with our relaxation clients.
